Task List

The task list is tailored to your wedding type (i.e. whether it's a religious wedding, civil wedding or civil partnership). You can then view the common tasks which couples have to do when planning their wedding, with the recommended timescale to start thinking about and booking things. Although it is a simple and easy to use common task list, there is the option to create custom tasks so that you can ensure all your wedding planning information is stored in one place and you don't forget about anything!

Guest List

The guest list allows you to add the wedding party (i.e. the bridesmaids, best man, ushers) who you may want to assign tasks, as well as work out who to invite to the ceremony and reception. Both the bride and groom can add who they want to invite whether all day or just for the evening. It can help you prioritise guests if numbers are limited and ensure that you and your partner are inviting roughly the same amount of people. Through the guest list, you can also keep a record of who you've sent an invite to and whether they have responded and are able to attend or not.

Manage appointments

The calendar is there to help you manage your time and see what has and hasn't been booked. You can track appointments at venues, with cake-makers, dress fittings, florists, etc. as well as add wedding events in your area such as bridal fairs. You can list important events such as the wedding rehearsal which your wedding party can also see if you have given them access to your account. Both you and your fiance can add events and appointments to the calendar.
